This print, reproduced from the original 3”x4” transparency features founding LGPA member Marlene Bauer in a photo shoot taken by Martin Blumenthal for SPORT and appeared in the 1950 issue in the article “Marlene Shoots for Hollywood.” Marlene started playing golf at the age of 3, and was the youngest player to make the cut at the U.S. Women’s Open.
Each piece is hand titled and numbered, carries The SPORT Collection emboss, and is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity, which sets out the details of the edition as well as bearing a detailed description of the image.
Each reproduction is printed on 100% Hahnemuhle cotton rag paper using UltraChrome K3 pigmented inks and produced to the highest standard of archival quality available.
