After Tampa jumped out to a 2 – 1 series lead, Chicago went on to win the next 3 in a row to win the cup. Chicago shut out Tampa in Game 6, with the second and final goal of the series coming off a series of perfectly executed passes from Brandon Saad to Brad Richards to Patrick Kane, who nailed the shot. Chicago won the game 2 -0, winning their first Stanley Cup on home ice since 1938, their third Cup in 6 seasons, and their 6th Cup overall.

The 2010 Stanley Cup Finals came down to the wire in Game 6. Philadelphia had scored in the third to tie the game and push it into OT, but Chicago was determined to win the Cup before Game 7. Brian Campbell found Patrick Kane 4 minutes into OT for the game-winner, and Chicago got their 4th Stanley Cup.

Chicago swept Vancouver in the 1995 Semifinals thanks to two back-to-back overtime game-winners from Chris Chelios. After getting the winning goal in Game 3, Chelios again found the back of the net off this pass from Denis Savard to take Chicago to the Conference Finals.
