If you would like a framed print to ship directly to you shipping charges will be determined after your order is received. We will email you to arrange for shipping payment. Due to the weight and fragility of framed prints shipping costs are $150+.

Prior to shipping the items, our staff will carry out an extensive inspection of the products you have ordered. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing and we do not completely manage it because of the fact that many parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. Please be aware that it's possible that your order will become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
For your item to be eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
