LIMITED EDITION FINE ART ARCHIVAL PRINT FROM THE SPORT COLLECTION
Number in Edition: 125
Beginning in the late 19th century until the early 1960s, Clemson University and the University of South Carolina met annually for a Thursday afternoon football game where fans were encouraged to dress in their Sunday finest. This image was taken for an article that appeared in SPORT magazine.
This print bears the insightful quote by Earl Warren, Chief Justice of the US, from 1968, which reads “I always turn to the sports page first, which records people’s accomplishments. The front page has nothing but man’s failures.”
Note: The SPORT Collection Watermark at the bottom right will NOT appear on your final artwork.
