One of the greatest running backs of all-time, SMU’s Doak Walker is on the November 1948 issue of the SPORT Magazine. The 1948 Heisman Trophy winner, Walker was a three-time All-American, five-time Pro Bowler, the 1950 NFL Rookie of the year and led the Detroit Lions to back to back NFL Championships in 1952 and 1953. Walker was so great in college that the NCAA would name the yearly award for the nation’s top running back; the Doak Walker Award.
SPORT Magazine, which ran from 1946 to 2000, celebrated what its editors accurately anticipated would be the coming explosion of interest in professional and amateur sport in post-war North America. The inventory is always changing and we do not completely manage it because of the fact that many parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. Please be aware that it's possible that your order will become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
For your item to be eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
